Hey there,
For some strange reason, I have a whole soundbank that "does not work" with resonic : no waveform display, no sound. Playback seems to start and stop immediately. The samples are 16/44 play fine in foobar for example, and it's the only sample bank that exhibits this behaviour.
Any clue ?
Other that that, keep up the great work!!!
Best,
Matthieu

Hey Matthieu,
Hard to tell.
Maybe you can send a couple of example files for me to examine, and I can surely tell you more.

Cheers, Tom

Re: Unreadable "WAV" types ?
Your example wave files - and likely the whole sample CD they come from - contain 'fact' chunks (used to report the audio length in samples) which contain garbage values, hence the misinterpreted playback length of just a few milliseconds.
Consider this fixed, starting with the next update. Attached a short video playing the files in question.

You rock. Thanks for the explanation and the fix.
Just a word of support: I think you have a great product and I sincerely wish it will meet the success I think it deserves.
All the best,
Matthieu
