I currently don't have facebook or twitter. =/
but because of auto-update future feature, RSS feed is not indispensable.

Absolutely 
and it's pretty easy to implement, just a <link rel="..."> in the html code and a basic XML file wich can be hand coded
Best for admins if it's auto generated via CMS functionnality, of course
