Volume and Waveform issue with ReplayGained Opus [Fixed]

The volume and Waveform will be very low if you play an Opus file that's ReplayGain.

BASSOPUS 2.4.1.3 released
Updates the core decoder to libopus 1.1.

Hopefully this may solve the issue, if that's what cause it.

Edit: Same with that one, renamed it and put it in Plugins.
