Resonic Pro License - 2 email addresses, NO reply! [Resolved]

Hello
I have made 2 requests for how to purchase a Resonic Pro license but no response to either email.
It seems as though the company does not want to sell licenses. Am I missing something? Most developers provide a way to pay for and receive a license without requesting via email.

Actually, I did get a response, apparently they suffered some catastrophic PC failure. So I'm kinda in touch with the team.

Yeah, I'm waiting for a response to my response and it also started to be taking time

Ok, replied to most non-customer emails, but some might have slipped through though (PM, or send a follow up please if you haven't received a reply yet.)
Maybe we'll all be machines one day, until then and when the poop hits the ventilator we can only prioritize:
