Hey,
I was reading about the Resonic Pro Trial offer and sent a request via email
almost 2 weeks ago but got no response until now.
Would really like to test the pro features before spending 69€ on something
where I probably also have to wait weeks for a response?!
greetings
How to get the Pro Trial, didn't receive any mail [Resolved]

Re:
How come you need to resort to image shaming?
We're not a shipyard full of service machine bots where human things are not allowed to happen anymore. We're humans, we are developers, developing all the time, day, night, when no one can see, when everyone is having a night out, expecting things to go their way, though we're still responding to customers on Saturday nights because they lost their licenses for the third time in a week.
Apologies for not responding earlier, but don't spread misinformation just because you don't see anything happening. That's over the line. Our priorities are clear, but when times get hard in our lives we put ourselves first, not an outstanding trial request.

OK thanks for the reply but how would you react when you are about to buy a software,
want to try it and get a respond over 3 months later?
Think about a similar situation in real life: You want to buy a car but need a test drive for
your decision and you ain't got no reply in the first week, not in the second week and not even after
4 weeks. Would you still wait for the manufacturer/seller to respond or would you give up stressed out
and leave the place?
There was also no life sign anywhere in the forums so I desided to let my meanwhile upset thoughts out
and go away. Now after 8 more weeks there finally is your answer and it's all about how upset and mean
it was to be displeased after waiting over 100!! days.

Re:
I would have given up after two weeks and moved on, maybe retried a few weeks later. There is always a reason why something is not going as swimmingly as expected.Boroffe wrote: ↑December 25th, 2019, 18:04Think about a similar situation in real life: You want to buy a car but need a test drive for your decision and you ain't got no reply in the first week, not in the second week and not even after 4 weeks.
