Just curious - why simple file deleting tooks so long (around 2-3 sec on Windows 8.1 64bit, Intel Core i5) ?
Is it possible to speedup somehow ?
When i cleaning unnecessary sample files, this delay every time i delete file really a pain.

BTW: Thanks so mush for such a beautiful, plain and slick application!

Resonic delegates the task of moving files to the recycle bin to the shell, so delete operations should take as long as they would in Explorer. Are you typically deleting a lot of files at once? Are they located on a slow/network drive?

Nope, i have a RAID0 drives, and the OS deleting files just immediately from explorer window.
I suspect the delay caused by this delegation, as i can see: the Resonic window slightly flashing (delegating process) and lagging (waiting for deletion approval from OS) every time i pressing Del button.

Yes, it happens when i pre-listening and cleaning up many small flies from sample libraries, customizing them.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. We'll try to improve this in one of the next releases.
