Modified Taskbar Controls [Done]

As it is right now, if you pause playback you need to press the pause button again to unpause; pressing the play button restarts the song. I would recommend relabeling and redesigning the button icons to reflect the current controls since most other players use a slightly different control scheme.

Basically pause always pauses/unpauses, play continues if paused or restarts if stopped or playing. This is how the main transport controls currently work.

I've updated the taskbar play button to match these main controls in the upcoming update.
