Suggested feature: Allow user to scrub the timeline (drag the mouse to hear sound at that point)

Hi

Allow the user to scrub the timeline (drag the mouse along the timeline to let him hear the sound at that point, without having to let go of the LMB).

This feature (along with the waveform display) will allow him to jump to a precise point quickly.
