- The volume bar, mute icon and rescan icon hiding method is a bit strange, not sure if it is intended or bugged. You mean when the window width is too small for them to fit in? If so, they wrap around (into a second row), which is indeed messed up, but I currently have no other way of doing this. ...

This is mostly done and will be part of the final Alpha release, which is imminent. Meanwhile why don't you right-click the name of the currently playing file in the header and have a read, you can also drag & drop it.

I decided to release a very simple command-line utility that dumps all the MIDI messages it receives. Sometimes useful. MIDIDUMP simply dumps the MIDI messages it receives from any of the connected MIDI input devices to the command line. Just run 'mididump.exe'. There are no command-line parameters....

You are right. Already fixed this though, i.e. it will be in the next release.

Meanwhile you can work around this problem by using the CTRL-C keyboard shortcut. It copies multiple files without losing the selection.

i thought so!!! other sample manager/players dump them in the folders and its infuriating. Indeed, annoying. Very few let you change this behavior, and if so most of them either let you enable or disable it all together which effectively disables caching. You end up with one .asd, .gpk, .sfk, etc. ...

+ New advanced option: 'Disable waveform cache'. With the waveform cache disabled each time you play a file the waveform is rescanned and no cache data is written to the hard drive. (this is a biggie so i dont get cache file crap all over my nice and neat hard drive sample cd folders...thank you!!)...

The transient lost occurred just after pressing stop and play again. I have a wav loop sample (4 kick) in loop mode.
