Re: ASIO output - Channel selection

Cool that. And yep, definitely needed the offset. I've been RME user since they shipped their first batch of HDSP PCI x Multiface 1 bundles and have stayed with a 2x HDSPe x Multiface 2 setup (18 channels x 2) for a long time now, so yeah, their drivers are stable as hell and always have been. Hey there. This is definitely something that is missing. I've bumped the channel offset (you nailed the name there) on the global todo list and will be looking into this for 0.9.2 or 0.9.3. Ah yeah, I could reproduce this issue with a very long .aac file (~5h30m), which does not happen when the raw aac stream is inside an .mp4 container, or with .mp3. It wrap at around 3h23m. I'll see what can be done about this.

We would start developing it if we got funding for it. The thing is, it wouldn't just be a port (it couldn't achieve the performance), but a new, native product.

Re: Bug when seeking long files

Hey there and welcome here!

It would help to know a little more about the file you are trying to play: What file format is it? What is the file size (above 2GB?) In case of WAV, is it a Broadcast Wave (BWAV, BWF) file?

Cheers, Tom

That's a really nice idea. I'll give it some thought, I had a separate gain control in mind anyways, but wasn't sure where to place it yet. I wouldn't want it to be part of the volume control - that should remain untouched.

Sounds good. I've added it to the idea list with a few other approaches to see how this could be improved in an update.

Aside from that, F4 is left panel, F6 is right panel. You can also double-click the empty area on the left panel's tab bar to change sizes, and the middle one to resize it a bit.

Resonic is currently in Early Access, and will be leaving Beta somewhere between 0.9 and 1.0.
