Re: Delete file action tooks around 2-3 sec
Resonic delegates the task of moving files to the recycle bin to the shell, so delete operations should take as long as they would in Explorer. Are you typically deleting a lot of files at once? Are they located on a slow/network drive?

Re: Keyboard Media Buttons
Commands from media keys are only sent to the window that currently has the focus, i.e. Resonic won't receive them while you're using a different application. Either set up global hotkeys in Resonic's preferences or add Resonic to the list of media players in the Corsair utility - presumably that'll...

Re: Welcome to the pre-release forum
is there some way of turning off the alpha-blended window shadow in resonic? Unfortunately no. The shadows weren't planned initially, but turned out to be the only way to have thin window borders while also retaining usable resizing functionality across all supported versions of Windows. It might b...

Definitely not canned. There have been some non-technical road blocks lately, so progress has been a bit slow.
Tom is out of the country right now and probably won't be able to reply here for the next two weeks.
We're hoping to get a Pro release out the door as soon as he gets back.

It's currently possible with up/down arrows and TAB, but it's not as quick as with the 4 arrows. The left/right arrows are already used for seeking, but you can override the behavior of the up/down arrows by pressing CTRL. If the file list is focused this will select the previous/next folder and vi...

Folders that have the system attribute set (which seems to be required for custom icons using a desktop.ini file) were treated as hidden. Will be fixed in the next release.

That looks just like what we're seeing. Instead of using the 'End Task' button on the 'Applications' tab (which tries to gracefully shutdown the application, which won't work), switch over to 'Processes' to kill the process.
