What do you mean the email address won't get recognized? By what? It's delivered by your email provider. Do you get an error from your provider? If so, what does it say?

That's clearly a bug or a wrongly labeled button (ref. 0.9.4 pre-release). Will fix that now.

If you pause or stop the file is still open. You can press stop twice to free the file, and three times to also release the soundcard. To free the current file you can also press CTRL+W. Until we have this figured out you could think about keeping Resonic running. It doesn't use a lot of memory and restores the window quickly whenever you play something.

You can find a few options at "Menu | Interface | Window options", namely "Always minimize to tray", and "Always close to tray".

Was the last file you played maybe located on a mapped network drive that is no longer available?
